Ladies, some of you may remember the saga of last month's QVC mess up on my Linea orders, when the Q sent me another customer's Spanx panties instead of the herringbone trousers I had ordered. The trousers were then gone, but magically suddenly re-appeared on waitlist and I placed a separate waitlist order. Miracles of miracles, I eventually got them.
WELL-- I received some of my latest Linea haul and discovered they had sent me the tie blouse (A228338) instead of the whisper knit jewel neck long top (A228341) that I had ordered in tarragon. OF COURSE, now the WK top is sold out! (and to add insult, I had already ordered and received the tie blouse in a separate order I had placed, including the leather jacket.) So now I have two tie blouses in tarragon and NO WK TOP.
AND as I posted on the backorder thread and Barbara's thread, my 3 WK knit pants are in ordering limbo. The Tarragon pants are listed as 'back order' and the walnut and black pants have been in that never never land of "in process" for over a week.
WAKE UP, Claire Watts, QVC CEO for US operations who was specifically tasked to oversee ordering, customer fulfillment and warehousing operations.
I am FURIOUS. (And yes, I am shouting...) I have emailed customer service and missy Watts will be hearing from me on Monday.
