Larger sizes

I have relatives who are larger 4x and 5x. Any chance they will make these sizes in tops? Large ladies like to look pretty too. And large women like long sleeves which can be left down or pushed up. Also when sitting in wheelchair you need more width and length. My sister would be a 3x if there was a large swing to the hemline and it was 36" long.
