Interesting.  It's going to take more than a moment for me to process whether I like this look, or not. It's pretty, but it doesn't seem practical to add such beautiful lace to a utility jacket.

I'd rather have a utility jacket with regular sleeves. To me adding lace to any garment makes it look like it might not be a quality piece. I hate to use the word 'cheap' but for me that's what adding lace does.
