Only 17 out of 54 combinations sold out. When something sells like that it means it didn't go over real well. Maybe people are tired of that look. I know I don't like it and I don't see anyone wearing something like that around here.

You took the time to COUNT??? They apparently brought a large inventory in since this can be a transitional set. I think selling over 40,000 pieces of one item in one day can be considered a good day, not counting the several new items and restocked items that sold out the same day. There were 3 other tops I was wanting that were sold out in my size before I could order them.

I don't care if I don't see everyone around me wearing them, I wear them because I like them and feel comfortable and at ease with myself.

Whenever the item has multiples, I often wonder how they are counting them. For example, the Logo TSV was 2 pieces, so when they say 40K sold, are they saying 40K sets sold (80K individual pieces) or are they saying 20K sets sold (40K individual pieces). I have trouble trusting the numbers when an item isn't selling out in its entirety and it's multiple pieces.

I'm quite sure it's the number of sets.

She doesn't do a darn thing to enhance it's look. Just look how the "real" designers like Louis, Bob, Isaac and George look when they appear. Isaac is pretty casual but he's always neat, clean and his hair looks good. They have enough respect for the audience to make an effort to look presentable. I think she insults us.

My sentiments exactly. I've never seen a vendor look worse. If she had any pride in her products or any respect for her customers, she's clean up her act. I've referred to her look in the past as Bag Lady, and I have honestly seen bag ladies who were better groomed. The outfit was homely, the shoes frightening and the hair style was definitely a new low. Surely she must have a mirror somewhere!

okiebug: You take the amt. of the sizes and times it by the amt. of the colors. I didn't count.

I also wear what I like and feel comfortable in and I don't like LOGO.

Lori is a funky and hip designer. It may not be your lifestyle look, but it works for her. I'm sure she has enough money to wear whatever she wants. Don't you wish you did too? Who would ever want to look like Susan Graver!

And I'm glad you wear what you like. It's everyone's personal choice and freedom to wear what they want.

Re: LOGO TSV- Not doing so well!

Ok, this is my last statement on this subject but I have to say it. I am ready to go shopping and I have on one of Lori's slub knit short sleeve tees with a long necklace and straight leg jeans. I am 5'3" and 62. I DO NOT look like a bag lady and this top does not overwhelm me . I think that alot of you are missing one of the most important points of Lori's clothing. It is all in the cut of these tops. They DO NOT cling and they are cut to flatter your body. This coming from someone who won't buy D& CO 95/5 mix because it does cling. THe points do not accentuate your hips either. If you don't like her clothing , fine. HOwever, if you haven't ever tried any of her things on, you really can't get it. Honestly, I looked at her tops for a very long time before I ever ordered anything but when I finally decided to try some things , I loved them. I had been been looking for clothing like this for a very long time. They are a bit BOHO chic, flow with your body, are cool in the summertime because they don't cling. I do not layer however unless it's just with one of her cardigans. Don't knock it if you haven't tried it. I don't like alot of things that many designers show on QVC, but I do not rant and rave on how ugly or whatever that designer's clothes are if I haven't tried them.

Re: LOGO TSV- Not doing so well!

I've seen all the beautiful models, hosts and vendors in Lori's TSV, and it was not flattering on any of them. Some DID look not as bad as others. Jackie, I'm glad you look so good in yours.

Actually, I do. I just suffer from incurable sensible taste. And I definitely don't want to look like Susan Graver.

Do you REALLY believe that 40,000 were sold? They can say anything they want. The proof is in the fact none of the sizes but one sold out. IMHO it looks thin and cheap and I also live in NY and the only ones I see wearing these type of clothes are the bag ladies.

Yes, I believe them. I may not be a fan of QVC on air shopping. I only shop online. But that is my personal preference. However, I do believe they tell the truth in such matters. If it was doing poorly, as products have done, they don't mention the numbers. Millions of viewers watch QVC everyday. 40,000 is good number, but feasible, considering the viewership.

I am a LOGO fan in certain tops. For me I did not like the color combos for the top. I am a more monotone or tonal person in tops. But I think that top is going to look fabulous on many people.
