I have tried many leggings and they always seem to bag at the knees and they never seem to be tight around the ankles they always seem to stick out, which I hate. Can any of you suggest a really good legging, that won't do either of these two thing?

I've always had success with Susan Graver's leggings.

@Silver Fox1 I have tried the all...but I really like the Jockey brand. Found them at Marshall's.

I can't speak for their leggings but I've never been disappointed with Jockey

My Yummie by Heather Thompson cotton shapewear leggings don:t bag at knees and do hug my ankles. They are 88% cotton 12% spandex. They don't appear shiny (IMO) and are a bit of a struggle to put on esp. at first. They are available still in 3 lengths. Rachel is the full length style. It's good to size up.

I love Logo leggings.

Spanx leggings are good quality but you surely need a longer top because they are sung but zero bagging and snug around the ankles but comfortable. Perfect for wearing boots. I size up one because I feel they run a little small. If you visit the Spanx website you will see many times they have sales so you can try a pair for a little less $.

I like Lysee leggings. Great basic, black, wide band that holds you in on top, no bagging in knees, tight ankle. I've worked for two different boutiques that carried them...our top selling legging. They wash and wear well also...made well, don't stretch out.
Hue is also another good brand we carried, more for a variety of fashion leggings....I have "jeggings" from them. I like them, but the ones I have don't have the wide band top which I prefer in leggings to flatten the tummy, give you a smooth look under tops.
Hope that helps.
Btw...I believe Amazon sells both, but other outlets online do as well.

@Silver Fox1 Could be you are wearing a size too big. I like Spanx but those do run sm all so you need to size up but they are well worth the money. For leggings to fit you usually have to tug a bit to get them on.
