On the brand Koolaburra, it says it's not QVC sizing...so what should you do, size up or size down?

I look at the garment sizing and go by the chest measurement (or hip depending what you're purchasing). I've gone up one size and stayed the same, so it varies per garment.

any garment from Q I always compare actual garment measurement against something similar,

so if pants are 20-inch waist flat and my own are the same I go with that

for tops chest at armpit
