I just received my sweater, A460464.  I have never had a irish merino wool sweater before, but I love this style and sweater.  I am a plus size, measurements are pretty equally the same (waist has now almost matched bust & hips), but this straight style is so flattering on me.  I hope others that ordered this during the Rose of Tralee like it also.

@new nickname 4   I am at the other end of the size spectrum and own several of these Irish wool sweaters, thanks to QVC.

Aren't they wonderful?  They look good on every figure and they are just such a splendid way to stay warm without having to resort to a heavy wool winter coat.

@new nickname 4 I bought that one last St. Patty's Day on Q...in the heathered gray!  Choosing a color was a hard decision, and I loved the cream too. But my other two AC sweaters are ivory and I really wanted another color. The gray will go with a lot I have for fall/winter. 

Enjoy your new sweater; they are truly wonderful. They keep you warm but not overheated, not itchy, are well-crafted and comfy.

In this world of Made in China polyesters, these beautiful sweaters are a welcomed piece in your wardrobe. Wear it in good health for years to come. ps. on that...my other two I've had for many years and they still look great. Occasionally, I will take them to the dry cleaner but, I find it's not needed every year.

Last year, my daughter bought this sweater in purple and it's absolutely gorgeous. And then she ordered the cream one for me, which I love. They are as warm as outer coats in late fall and early spring.

I wore mine as a jacket on a trip to South Dakota last spring. People stopped me on the street to compliment me. I am usually an XS but the sweater is a small and goes over layers beautifully. Plus it's handmade in Ireland!

@new nickname 4. Enjoy your new sweater.  I love this one;  I gave it in grey.  These sweaters last and last; just don't hang it.  Also, these Irish sweaters will keep you warm and cozy.

What's nice about ordering at the Q is that we don't have to fly all the way over to Ireland to have an authentic Irish sweater!

And having such a wide selection all in one place is handy. 

Can you / we imagine how time consuming it would be to visit this and that store in Ireland, looking for just the right one. ?

@new nickname 4  I'm glad to hear that you are pleased with your sweater.  You chose a great one.  Each time I wear one of my Irish sweaters from QVC I receive several flattering comments about it. They do look unique and the quality shows.  I am satisfied the majority of the time with the fit and quality.  The lovely sweater below was my latest addition, but sadly the sizing was off with this one and it runs large.  Style-wise it is one of the best ever from QVC's Irish sweater vendors.

That is a gorgeous sweater! My coworker is also a QVC shopper, and she had an Aran Craft sweater on one day. It was absolutely beautiful. I am allergic to wool, so I am always hesitant to buy one, but she let me try it on, and it wasn't itchy at all. Well worth the price tag.
