That's so interesting that you say this.  I tried the Skechers when they had their first TSV...and thank goodness for QVC's generous return policy! The day started great - I was very happy with them because my feet are temperamental.  But, I couldn't wait to take them off by the end of the night. Maybe it was the hard(er) back of the shoe, but the back of my ankles were throbbing. In fact, I had tickets to see Oppenheimer that night and, even though my feet were elevated in the comfy theater seat, they were killing me. I had to slide the back off for relief. I had given up even thinking about similar shoes, even though I saw the great Kizik reviews.  So, your comment is making me think I may have a different result.

One thing about slip ons is that lip on the top of the heel.  Sort of like a shoe horn is left in backwards?  It can catch your pant bottom.  Drives me crazy 😂

I have the Martha Stewart Skechers Slip Ins & I love them. When I come in from outside in my regular Skechers, I put the Slip Ins on right away. There's no bending or pulling; they just go on ... & they're comfortable.

My SIL has been in the hospital after a serious stroke (& then another stroke). My DB brought her favorite Birkenstocks to the hospital. When the OT brought my SIL outside to practice going up & down the curb, the backless Birkenstocks fell off & my SIL wound up in the mud on the ground.

When my DB told me, I suggested Skechers Slip Ins & her nurse agreed. He immediately bought them for her.

I LOVE them.  I have a few pairs now.  Love the slip on.  I can say these are the best and most comfortable sneaker Ive had, and I tried them all.
