Since the other thread herein has gotten so long, decided to start another and it is simply my feelings and wondering if I am the only one feeling this way:

I used to REALLY love watching Kim G. and would pretty much plan my schedule around hers.  In the rare occasion when I could not watch live I always taped her shows.  And I have purchased tons of her clothes and for the most part have been super pleased.  Love her colors, her fabrics and usually fit perfectly although they seem to not be quite as generous in sizing as they first were so can't always count on them fitting like I used to could.

But I wish she would tap down her live shows especially a certain phrase she uses all the time which has gotten pretty sickening and uncouth.  I still feel she is definitely an inspiration and a really good person and I still watch her a lot.  But am afraid she is leaving me behind (or perhaps I am just outgrowing her), because what I used to enjoy about her presentations I now detest because they are TOO MUCH.  A little goes a long way and I would much rather have calmer presentations with emphasis on the clothes!  Yes, sure, she can be her usual self but just tone it down, more like when you started (and when you are on with Leah - always total class then).  Anyone else agree to some extent?

@just wonder
To some extent. I watched her show Saturday night with Rachel. It was very calm. Almost like Rachel had been told to keep it calm. I was wondering if "home decor" shows are supposed to be more tranquil, peaceful, zen feeling, etc. so maybe we buy more? Whereas the clothing shows can be a free for all. I only have one top from her and it's almost 2 years old. Her sizes for tops don't really work for me being vertically challenged Smiley Happy
I am not a fan of style in the summer with "stuff " on the front like lobsters, trees, sayings, etc. Just a plain and simple style of clothing gal.

I noticed the same thing with the home decor show with Rachel and Kim. Kim tried to be her usual upbeat self but Rachel was strictly business and there was barely any chit-chat. I didn't watch it for very long because I didn't like the vibe.

I like Kim and I say you got to get it while you can.  I enjoy her.

I didn't know she was getting into "home decor" until I saw the show the other day.
