I haven't worn much, if any, velour.  I just received a Kim Gravel Top, Item A620761.  I absolutely LOVE the top, but it came very wrinkled and the fabric now looks like -- well, I don't even know exactly how to explain it -- it has a lot of darker places on the fabric.  Is that normal? Should the fabric have what I would call darker shading on it in odd places?  Sorry if this is an annoying question, but I really love the top and would like to keep it.  I'm just not sure about it not looking the same all over.  Thanks for any help anyone can give.

Maybe try washing it?  That may take out the wrinkles and odd coloring?

@spumoni99 Thank you so much for responding.  Unfortunately, I already tried that.

I did buy it, and mine was not wrinkled. But unfortunately it was too,big and unflattering on me. It's going back. The velour was nice, but not as plush as they claimed.

@12andcounting.  I haven't seen any Belle velour but in my experience, Kim uses very cheap fabric in much of her clothing.  I think I've sent more back than I've kept.

I wondered about yesterday's  TSV ponte pants.  When they were hanging, the fabric looked very thin and flimsy.

@12andcounting  If it were me, I would send it back as defective. I think you will always be unsure about the quality and appearance. You have tried washing it and still has not changed the look. If you keep it, will you ever wear it!!!

Did you see the sweater yesterday that had sequins down the front? It was a v-neck with the threads not being tightly knit. There was a hole. I have never bought her clothing because I felt they were not quality for the price you were paying.I know many customers love her clothing line that is why she is on all the time. @Kachina624 Thanks for your response.  It is sooooo frustrating sometimes buying fashion from QVC.  The measurements are all over the place, you never know about the fabric until you get it home, and other issues.  I guess I have to wonder why I keep trying.  I really hate to send this one back, but it's not looking good for me keeping it.  I appreciate your thoughts on this.

I think some velour fabrics have a tendency to look different just by rubbing your hand over it.  Rub one way, it looks light.  Rub the other direction, it looks dark.  It's the nature of the fabric, not necessarily the quality of the fabric.   Same with velour throws, blankets, etc.
