Just Saw Someone Dressed Like Lori on TV - Not QVC

I'm just outside New Orleans. It's Mardi Gras, it's raining everywhere, and people are all dressed up at the parades in their most peculiar costumes and rainwear. A woman just passed by the cameramen dressed in at least 6 layers hanging out from under her clear plastic raincoat. She's all wet, her "layers" are dripping and drooping, she's got a wet feather boa around her neck, and some decorative black rimmed glasses with king cake babies on each side. Shades of Lori & LOGO!

I should add that one channel only shows Mardi Gras parades and people every year.
