@stuyvesant  I place 3 orders a couple days ago.  After reading your complaint ...I noticed they have numerous complaints in facebook, BBB,  yelp etc. on their non-existant CS and lack of shipping. 

 

Did they charge your credit card immediately after placing order and before they shipped items?  I ordered sale items that had low 1-2 inventory. I wonder if these items are actually not available.  After reading the reviews... sorry I placed any orders.  I guess I'll find out how good/bad this experience will be.

They are located here in LA's garment district which was recently hit by COVID-19.  This could be part of the delay.
