There is a video on YouTube of this blouse being presented on the Q on clearance and it was offered for $38.40.   I don’t know if the price went lower than that at some point.

@emmygrace  I found this particular blouse at Goodwill brand new for about $4.00. Thats why I wondered. It is around $36.00 on E-Bay.

I recently purchased my first Joan Rivers blouse which is taupe crinkle fabric with two side pockets in front.  I have not received it yet and it was  an "As Is".  I hope it works out.

I've never had a problem with AS IS..I think you'll be pleased.
