USA Today posted a brief article and pic. It was a cute stunt between the two who have had a running "I'm more stylish than you" thing going on for years. Since Joan is on QVC and Miss Piggy is "launching" a line ( not sure if that means the tote she designed), there was a spat.

It was Joan doing some shtick with Miss Piggy, since the Muppets are launching a line of products on the Q later this month. Joan always did some bits of comedy business on the Q before she started her clothing line and began appearing much more often than she did in past years. All in good fun, with much publicity, too.

When I saw the title, it reminded me of the cake incident on fashion police. The article references that, so I guess it's just a publicity stunt. To each his own.
