Jeans

Can someone help with sizing?  I'm looking at Silver Jeans but on their website there is no size chart.  I know there is at least one person who has mentioned liking these jeans.  Does anyone know how the fit is?

Also, I was looking at the Lola shorts here and there is also no size chart.  It says that they are above the waist but from the picture does not look like a really high rise and there is no sizing info which shows the rise measurement.  It does say that  This is a Lola Jeans fit, not a QVC fit.  However, I don't know what a QVC fit is since some brands I can wear a size smaller while some I need a larger size and others I can wear my normal size so what is  a Lola fit??

The Siver Jeans website has the size chart at the bottom of the page. Each item appears to have different sizing. There is also a “Find Your Fit” heading on the top of the page on the right side.
