I've been looking for a casual, but not too casual looking jacket that I can throw on at work to help take the chill off.  I think they set the thermostat at -50° and I freeze my tush off!  I found this jacket on Amazon and I love it.  It will work in our "corporate casual" environment.  It's a medium weight twill, nicely made.  I ordered the navy and black.  Think I'm going back for the wine color.  It's the "Allegra K Women's Drawstring Waist Flap Pockets Lightweight Utility Safari Jacket".  I don't considerate it lightweight, but other reviewers have.  Just thought I'd share in case anyone else is looking for something similar.  The fit/size was spot on, but sizing up might be needed if you wear a heavier top underneath.  Oh, it was $42.

Not from same place, but I have one in a very, deep olive that is the best thing ever.  Dressier than a sweat, but more relaxed than a full on blazer.

@Still Raining  Thanks for the feedback!  That's great you have a jacket you love.  Where did you get it if you don't mind sharing?  I've been looking just about everywhere to find something that wasn't a blazer or a cropped jacket.  It's been a challenge.  You know, I actually went back and ordered the wine and a green!  They have a dark olive green, but I ordered the lighter green as I think it will work better with my skin tone.
