so weird @ the return you mentioned. Has me wondering if they applied a credit to the wrong item you returned. Check those items and see if you got the credit you expected!

Yes @Thats Me , very strange.  I wondered the same thing and the rep said she'd follow thru on it.  Also wondered if someone else should have been credited for the grocery bags.  Wendy, the rep, toldme they'd look into it and someone would probably call me back.

Will have to check my next statement:  perhaps we all should monitor return credits carefully.

@SharkE Appears to be a cute jacket but I have long arms and it looks to be about 2 inches above the models wrist.   I had to pass but know you will gets lots of wear out of it.
