Is GILI a QVC/Lisa Robertson brand?

Forgive me for missing the boat on this one- but since Lisa has been featuring a lot of Gili on her show got me to wondering, if this was a QVC brand fronted by LR?

I think it's owned by QVC but Lisa promotes it and I think she has a lot of say it in.
