They still have a social media sidekick for PM Style and Inspired Style, but it appears they have moved away from having hosts doing it and having Associate Producers doing it. Erin for PM Style and Meg for Inspired Style. And judging by Alberti's on air schedule this week it appears he's no longer a social media sidekick on Friday nights either.

And they don't tend to be featured on air like the host sidekicks were, which is a blessing...

As for Courtney being on Q Plus... No matter how you cut it, it's a downgrade... A lot of folks, me included, don't even get Q Plus and I'm not one to sit and watch an entire show on a computer or tablet...

I check out Lisa's FB page occasionally to see if anything is forthcoming about her next gig, and have not seen any posts where she indicates surprise that Shawn and not Courtney was made the PM Style hosts. Not saying it wasn't there, just saying I didn't see it and think Lisa is probably a bit too politic to make such a loaded statement, given both these ladies are her friends.

Can't imagine LR would say anything like that in public. She was friends with both. Shawn wrote a beautiful goodbye to her. Don't believe it for a minute. I also check out her FB and everything is travel, clothes, food and décor. Last post was a trip to Florida today, and HSN popped into my mind.....and right out again!

I thought the same thing but I somehow doubt it... I'd have to believe that other, better, opportunities would present themselves...

I agree on most of those who seem to be overlooked... Alberti is definitely ready for prime time, and Jennifer has a lot to offer... Between Courtney and Amy, I would have vastly preferred to see Courtney offered a prime time gig, but for some reason, they've really been pushing Amy. I don't get it. I don't care for her at all, but, of course, it's a very individual thing. I also think that if Courtney potentially has a far better broadcast voice than does Amy.

I'm not a big fan of Shawn's and I doubt that I'll tune in to PM Style at 10 pm on a regular basis. That whole preachy thing and sad stories doesn't interest me. I turned the show off last night when she started in on that. I tune in for the clothes and jewelry, not for the blues.

I agree with your remarks regarding Shawn. The whole "Shawn pretends to be a grief counselor " thing is a total turn off.

I think the choice of Shawn for PM Style was a good one. All of the hosts have their faults, no one is perfect, but I really enjoyed the first show with Shawn. I think Courtney is a very pretty girl and has a good sense of style, but her "shtick" gets old pretty fast and I always have the feeling that she is showing everyone how clever she is, rather than caring about any of the items she is presenting. I prefer Amy, but she also has her moments. I am glad LR is gone, she was consuming all of QVC, it seemed all revolved around her and her ego got in the way of everything, which may have been her downfall, but we will never know.

LR hasn't had anything positive to say about Q since she left. To me, that says a lot about her departure.

It seems two of Lisa's favorites - Courtney and Alberti - aren't being treated as well since her departure. I may be wrong, but it just seems those two aren't being showcased as much.

Both Courtney & Alberti are being ""showcased"": in the middle of the night & early morning hours. I always thought Lisa ""chose"" who she wanted as her sidekick. The Q doesn't seem to think the same.

Courtney is one talented woman, she's just not mature enough for a prime time position. It seems Courtney gets a big head and makes stupid mistakes when they give her too much responsibility and attention. I loved watching her on PMS after LR departed with other hosts, especially Jayne Brown who could give her a look and keep her in line.

She's had positive things to say about some Q products, hosts, and vendors, so I don't think it's accurate to say that she hasn't made positive comments about Q.
