"OMG she wants to be noticed!"  Smiley Surprised  Yes, yes she does.  She is dressed in designer fashion and posing for the cameras.  That is what celebrities do.  

 

O/T - she was in Baltimore a few weeks ago and happened to stop into a friend of a friend's tanning place - she was dressed very low key, was very friendly.
