Is Anyone Else Having Problems Watching Product Videos!

Hi everyone. I am getting so frustrated, when I try to watch product videos on my IPhone 4S, the video picture and/ or sound constantly stops and I have to keep trying to start playing again. I never have this problem on on Utube.
