@SquirrelFlight1  try searching by "tall". Those pants are 30-32".  The 28" are a toss up on labeling between petite and regular and I know the regular people actually need 29-30" most of the time.  We shorties need 27-28".  There are no "talls" that are "full length" I know of on Q's site that are 28".

What @CalminHeart said. Exactly.

Don't you just love when they do not adjust the crotch seam as well for petites? Who are these fly-by-night designers anyway?

I'm so short that 27-28" is 2-3 inches too long!

Sizing on inseam is all over the place, very inconsistent.  Early this morning I saw a pair of PETITE  pants on a Jennie Garth show with a 29 1/2" inseam.  That's some long-legged petite.  So often petites are 28" which is still too long for most petite women.  I wonder if QVC has any idea of how often we DON'T  buy pants because they'd have to be hemmed?

Another old thread. That's 3 bumped up today. I guess it doesn't really matter.

I prefer full length pants all year. I think I own one or two ankle pants for warm weather. I never wear crops or Capris, but I will wear shorts. My choice.

I think it's interesting that for several years now, we've been told "pant length doesn't really matter anymore". They've really been trying to convince us there's no such thing as "floods" or high waters". Maybe that's true, but IMO some lengths still are more flattering than others.

@SquirrelFlight1    I have a pair SG trouser jeans....the length is roughly 31" but sheesh, they are so wide at the hem.  They way the garment was sewn, hemming or just taking in the width would be a nightmare.

I kept them because they look and fit nice, which is usually not the rule, especially with Susan Graver slacks.  I will just wear a different shoe with them..I usually like a flat ballet type of shoe most of the year except winter.

@SquirrelFlight1 When you're 5'1" like me a 27" or 28" inseam is perfect.  Sometimes I can wear a 29" inseam if it is a wide leg.  I'm 70 so in the senior group too.

The Lauren Conrad flare jeans I buy at kohls are 32 inch I swam in the regular. I am 5’3 but my height is in my legs. These jeans are the perfect length for me. They hit right on my shoe perfect. Only brand of jeans I will buy. If Kohl’s was going out of business I would buy them all up that is how much I love them.
