Iman Colorblock Cape TSV

Anybody have any comments on the cape tsv? I like it - I have a sweater cape and a lightweight trench cape that I wear. I live in the Midwest though and it goes from moderately cool to really cold weather pretty fast. Don't know how much wear I would get out of it.
