Is anyone else having issues with access to the Inside Q webpage? QVC went to the trouble of sending a letter out, saying that even after my membership expired I would still have access to all Inside Q info and now I find that when I try to get into the webpage it's telling me that I'm a nonmember...I called on July 19 to let them know about the problem and as of yet, I still have not received a call back and still can't get into the webpage...QVC has slowly been going downhill over the last couple of years in terms of the CS responses and also in their returns dept...It now takes them 5 days after they receive an item back to have it register on your account as returned...I, for one, find this totally unacceptable and certainly up to the old QVC standards.
