Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

I sent an Email to QVC regarding this very issue. If more contact QVC maybe they will keep this small but very important detail in their descriptions. Rarely has the QVC sizing guide helped me, had I gone by that they would have a lot of returns from me. The click here section has always given me the useful information & correct size to measurement of specific garment. I rarely comment but have been a QVC customer since it was CVN (I'm 50, started shopping w/ them in my early 20's; but the last 15 years more so as health progressed). If you do not like the loss of this bit of info on QVC items, please let them know... Thank you... Your voice can make a difference.

Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

Yeah, it is missing on many items. Considering the new shipping policy & price of returning items with NO refund on original shipping, I want to have a good idea of how it is going to fit before I order.

I sent an e-mail to QVC about this issue and said in it that I won't purchase anything that doesn't have the measurements included for me to see and that IMO they are simply trying to make $ off of their customers with the return fees.

Personally I think Jayne Brown is an arrogant pain in the neck with her snarky remarks and "no need for fit information". Blah, considering how often she seems to be in the wrong size garment - especially when it is TSV.

Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

Just to see what they say, I sent an email to CS just now re the ankle pants just shown on the LCNY show this morning, no click here sizing, but the new dress does have click here sizing. It may be that with changing all the S&H pricing on all items, they are just behind. But in my email I did say that without these individual measurements I would not even consider making a purchase as it is too expensive to risk having a return with that new policy. We'll see what they say.

It seems that QVC brass keep coming up with ways to anger and frustrate customers.

ITA! Why are they trying to make us mad? I use to buy a lot of clothing here because the sizing was pretty much true all the time on all brands offered....SG, D&C etc. Now I can wear a S in some brands and a L in others. How can this be? I never know now what size to order so I just won't. Boy that's the way to pump up sales eh?{#emotions_dlg.thumbdown}

I think the website is messed up again. Shocker!

It took me a couple of times to get logged in and then I was taken to my account rather than these boards.

Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

I talked to somebody in CS. I told her many new items are missing the ""click here"" sizes. She didn't believe me. LOL

I gave her an item number and she looked at it. She then said to hit the ""sizing"" tab and that's where the measurements are. I said those are not garment measurements. She was sort of arguing with me that those are good enough.

I got the standard ""we will pass your comments along to the appropriate department.""

You should have told her ""I'll be passing my money along to another retailer.""

I told her I won't buy without garment measurements. I could just see her eyes rolling through the phone.

Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

After reading the posts about no size charts on garments I checked the LC show that just aired. Newer items were missing the size charts. I thought we all worked through that crisis a year or two ago when QVC pulled the size charts; QVC brought them back after a lot of negative customer feedback. So...I am now supposed to guess at the dimensions and fit of a garment, then run the risk of it not fitting and have to send the item back under the new s/h policy, losing both the cost of shipping the item to me and sending it back to QVC? I know when my money and I are not wanted. There are a lot of other retailers out there whose policies take into account the fact that women's clothes are sized by the manufacturer and vary from one brand, one style and even one garment to the next. I tried on clothes at a retailer last week. In one style, I wore an XS. In another style I wore a L. I can't afford to play guessing games with QVC. After 25 years, it looks like adios, QVC, for me. I am very sad about that as I have purchased many many nice things from the Q over the years.

Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

There is absolutely no way I will be buying without these size charts for specific items. No way, no how. It is the only way I have a decent shot at getting an item that will fit.
