I love Issac Mizrahi.  His clothes look beautiful.  I've never purchased an item because I'm not sure what size I would be.  I am mostly a medium and 12 in other styles.

How do his clothes run?  True to size or true to the QVC buyer size?

  Also, what do people think about his 24/7 pants?

Hi Hick.  I usually size down one size in most of his items.  That being stated, his items don't seem to be as vanity sized as some of the lines on QVC. 

I'd buy TTS or size down--read reviews.

I do like his 24/7 pants.  I think they run one size too big, and they do stretch out.

I go down as well, sometimes two sizes in most QVC clothing. I like his 24/7 pants I have the ankle, crop and boot cut and like them all.  Happy shopping to you.

I love Isaac too.  His clothes run true to size for me.  I find his pants fit really nicely and 24/7 looks crisp and neat.  The quality is there and they last.  However, I can not wear his shoes as I have problem feet but I do carry his crossbody bags; great colors and blend well with his color palette.  Needles to say, I love his cardigans but I have enough.

I love IM clothing.  I find the 24-7 pants to be best based on the hip measurement which is the largest part of my body, the waist will fit fine if you go with that hip size.  I own several pairs and love them. I also check the As Is section for his pants, hint hint.

I love his shoes and boots, very true to size and great quality.

For me the tops I can go down to a small, sometimes extra small (QVC size), I am an 8 in the real world.

Best advice I can offer is use the Garment specific measurments and do not rely on QVC measurements.  I do this for all clothing I order anyways, as I have been burned on too many return fees.

I also love Issac's cothes.  I think the clothes are a perfect fit for me.  They do run larger than Denim and CO. but the proportions are perfect!

Does anyone know what the TSV is for this Friday?  It is an Isaac product, but I would like to know so I can jump on it right away.

Isaac's TSV on 4/8 is a fisherman wedge sandal in 6 colors.

I have loads of Issac's sweaters and jackets.  I'm 5' 6",  36 B, 135 pounds and wear his small just fine. I get loads of complements and love, love his jackets!   I have never ordered slacks or shoes.

Always enjoyed what he used to say!

I hate I can't watch him now because of the host!

I find most of Isaac's clothes to be cut for comfortable wear.  I don't mean loose and baggy.  His slim cuts such as the 24/7 pants are definitely not the provacative tight of some edgy brands in the brick and mortar market. I would try a top and bottom in my usual size and see what happens.  One thing about Isaac's clothes is his line seems to have reasonably consistent sizing.
