How long does it take for Q to process a return when you use their label?

I used the pre-printed 6.95 label last week and was wondering how long before I become concerned that they didnt receive my package yet? I am in NYC, they should have received it in a few days.

Also, is there a tracking number on the label? I am sorry to say I didnt even notice.
