Help for ordering A199937

Could someone please give advice on ordering A199937? I saw Jane on her day to represent this article and then the models. Their dresses looked full flowing, Janes looked tighter, so as I have looked and looked at the video, I don't know if the models had sized up to get that look or if Jane sized down. I love the simplicity of the dress, but carry weight in hips. If I order one size, I am afraid the top will be huge, but the smaller size might not flow freely in hips. Any experience with this dress would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
