Help contacting SG

Has anyone ever tried to actually contact SG? I tried to send a message to her via Facebook message but I don't know if I was successful. I have SG clothing back to SG Sports and Graver Studios so I am familiar with her clothes. I am, however, having problems with lengths and before sending my new maxi skirt back for a refund I wanted to know if it was giving to be done in a petite so I could do an exchange instead. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
