@PugdogMom   QVC Walk Aerobics is such a fun warm up tape and Mary Beth Roe is so gorgeous then and now- she's one of my favorite hosts Smiley Happy.  Dan Hughes was so young in that tape and in the tape he starts to dance and really get into the music - really cute.  I started watching QVC in 2011 so I don't recognize the other hosts either.  I will think of you as I jump and kick and do all of the steps to Jane Fonda's Workout Challenge this weekend!  Also, great profile name Smiley Happy.
