Having a problem with Issac Mizrahi suede Mocassins need help

Bought a pair of the citron mocs sprayed with protectant two times went out and I keep getting dark stains on the toe. Took home and cleaned with suede cleaner got a little better then went out again after AI sprayed them once more still black marks. Anybody else have this problem with the lighter color suede mocs?
