Should have mentioned that their website stinks as far as pictures and descriptions. The thing to do is to find the item you're interested on another (or several other) website and look at their pics and videos, then place your order on Dooney if the price is best there.

Yes, I agree! I find better pictures most places. Sometimes I go visit local stores and check out the bag in an alternate color there, then purchase online if the local store doesn't have the color I wanted.

Thank you! I was wondering about the quality of the bags,if shipping typically goes well, and if they stand behind their products ie: if you have a return. I did ask them some questions. However, I wanted to speak to others.
