So since the age of 15 when I started wearing a bra, I have hated them - cheap, special fitted expensive -  doesn't matter. In my late teens to mid 20's, I never wore one except maybe under clothing I absolutely had to.  I am a 36B and have been since I had my kids starting at age 24.  Since my weight has remained the same for past 40 years, there's minimal drop and I also lift free weights so my breasts have muscle support.  I almost always at 70, wear a sports bra, but after a few hours they start to feel too constrictive and I want it off.  I needed something with pure comfort to wear under certain tops at work.

Came across a bralette on Jockey over Mem Day sale...decided to try one in black and one in beige.  Well I don't know where I have been but let me say this, I absolutely LOVE this thing.  Nice skinny straps, no back clasp, adequate cups with pad lining.  Wore it all day yesterday at work under my blouse and forgot I had it on.  It has taken me my whole adult life to find a bra with total comfort and because I'm small busted, the support is adequate.  I have looked at them before, but never thought I would be able to get the comfort and support but for me, these things are a win win...back to ordering more!

I too hate wearing a bra. If I'm not going anywhere I don't wear one. Jockey has the best bras for me too. I just got my last order of the bralettes yesterday. Not expensive, wear like iron and comfortable.

@bmorechick, I think I have the bralettes you're talking about. Mine came in a set of 2, one beige, one black, and are made exactly as you describe. I'm bigger busted, but they work for me, too- very comfortable and work well under most clothing. I'm glad you found them, and I agree- they're great!

FYI......If you love Jockey Bras, like I do, see Item A734617.  You get 2 Seamfree Back Smoothing Cami Strap Bras - As Is - for only $20.00.  I saw the exact bra at Kohls a few days ago  $36 for only one....this deal is only $10 each!!!!

I've purchased these "as is" bras and the ones I've received are like new - still have tags on them.  I love them so much that I've purchased 4 sets (total of 8 bras).   Why not??   The bras are great quality and fit perfect.

If it helps at all - I'm 5'9, 140 pounds, 36 inch chest and typically wear in QVC tops (Susan Graver, Denim & Co, etc.) a size Small.   I used the size chart for these bras and purchased size Medium and they fit perfect.

@bmorechick   "adequate cups with pad lining."

What does that mean?  Removable or non-removable cups are padded separately from the bra material?
