HSN has very fast return service

Wow, I can't believe it. I returned 2 items of clothing to HSN at the post office Saturday afternoon. Per the receipt, the delivery date was to be Tuesday.

I just received an email from HSN that they received the return and credited my account already!! (on Monday)

That is impressive.

That's half a business day on Saturday and half a business day on Monday, and the return has been processed.

I agree which is why I don't hesitate to order something, if there's a chance it goes back.

@mom2four Yes, their delivery service is fast too. Maybe now that they're owned by the same company, they will teach QVC some new tricks!

ITA when ever I have to send something back I get a refund within 3 days of sending it. I also have the same luck with Evine. Not so much here.

I used to order from HSN, then was looking for a replacement ring about six years ago so I ordered about five Absolute rings. I intended to keep 3 or 4 but they all looked so fake I returned them all and they removed me from their mailing list! Ha, no dreaded letter like Qvc. I was still able to order, but only did once after that. Today out of nowhere, I get a welcome to HSN type email with 15% off. I think I'll pass.

@StraytoStay, funny you mention the welcome e-mail. I rec'd an e-mail from HSN today thanking me for signing up for their e-mails and giving me a 15% off coupon. I've been an HSN customer for years and years and always get their e-mails so I'm not sure what this was about but I'll take the coupon.

I think they are having a computer issue. I tried to leave a review on an item and keep getting the message that I didn't purchase the item so I can't leave a review. I've tried going to the item through my order page and by pulling it up on the search bar. no luck. I hope they didn't hire the same IT company as QVC.

@Lipstickdiva, @Pecky Did you ladies enter the Sweepstakes by clicking into HSN then being redirected to QVC? I'm thinking that might explain how the Liberty computer system sent customers like us (in my case an HSN shopper for more than 30 years) a welcome email and coupon.

I'm using that coupon on some Perlier asap.
