I vote Nay on this blouse.  I find the neck treatment kinda weird.  It's got a v neck, its got a necklace, its got some odd pleating - too much weird stuff going on up there imo.

I like the blouse, cannot wear that color but it looks beautiful on some ladies.  Wish I were but I am an optic white, baby pink and sky blue person.
