I am not fond of cutouts in blouses like this but with the pleats, I do like this one.

Love the color. I'd consider buying this one.

I love this blouse on the model.... but on me, that tight neck band would be a nuisance. That bright neon yellow has its place. Great for a party if you want to be noticed or glow in the dark.

Not a fan of the collar with cutouts & pleats. It also looks too short for me, I would never wear that color.

Very cute style but I'd probably have to say No on the color unless it was under a suit jacket or something that would help break up all that boldness.
