i actually meant in general...they had an estate sale & sold his long island home but that's all i can find...none his pages get updated...nothing when you google him...like he fell off the face of the earth...hope he's in good health...

His earlier offerings were great.  Good colors / prints / fabrics.  I bought a couple of his tops and jackets.  All but one of the tops are gone, but the jackets will live forever.  I'm still stopped by strangers on the street whenever I wear one of the jackets. 

The top I still have is one of his leopard print turtleneck cold shoulder tops.  I cut off the sleeves - so it's now a sleeveless top.  Nice fabric and great fit.  And - his turtleneck is cut just the way I like it.

The last year or so - it was like he lost his "design mojo."   Just awful stuff.

OH GOSH!!!  I can't imagine that!  (At this point, nothing surprises me), To lose an actual, real, designer.  THAT is poor!!!

Even though I never bought anything from his line I liked to watch his shows, he was always such a generous soul and a gentleman.
