It seems like going back for quite a few years, there have been lots of complaints ... On Monday I'm contacting the better business bureau and state attorney general's office.
Kathleen, try going to their website and click on, (track my order), at the top of their page. It will send you to a page where you have different options to do a search. Fill one out and click on your highlighted order #, it should show you a link at the end of the page which will show your tracking info. I just filled it out and it showed my order was delivered to my mailbox 12/15. My first order seemed stuck in the post office for several days! HTH!
I did that before and all it tells me is that it was shipped 12/10 .. I already knew that. I'll handle this on Monday.
Kathleen, a couple of days ago, I couldn't track my Target order. I called their CS and he tried and ended up refunding my credit card. He offered to resend another item but it was out of stock. I assume that Genie will either resend or refund your payment~
