I was looking through a magazine today and saw these shirts in a fashion feature. They have a concealed zipper that's supposed to solve the problem of gaping due to having a large bust. I don't have that issue, but for anyone who does I thought it might help.

gapender.com. They're pricey, $150. But they have several on sale now for $98 and you can get $10 off with email sign up. If they're quality they'd last. Made in the USA, Los Angeles CA. For women by women.

Re: GapEnder Button Down Shirts

Wow that's expensive but when I reread the description it has a zipper closure that would solve some women's problems (my daughter). She didn't get her endowment from me!!🙀

Buying the correct size also solves this problem.  The placement of buttons or a hidden zipper is not going to keep an ill-fitting shirt like the white one from gapping, pulling or smashing.
