I like the colorful trim too. The dress also shows off her figure so well while still being modest.

She was on Project Runway. I believe the QVC host you're thinking about had the last name Webb but I could be wrong. I can't remember her first name but do remember her.

I do not care for the dress especially the top part. While he trim is pretty giving the dress some color, the top area is lacking in design in my opinion.
