Why if QVC does free exchanges for color or size and still charges you the 6.95 just so you have to call CS

   @nanbec

 you have to check every order. I think who ever works in the return center charges  you automatically .

@nanbec.  I hope your question is just rhetorical because, as customers, I'm sure you know we have no idea.

I've always thought of QVC's exchange program as a sad joke. They're usually out of sizes and colors of clothing items by the time your exchange request reaches them, so what's the point? if I really want something, I just go ahead and make a separate purchase.

@Goldengate8361 Whenever I needed to do an exchange, I call and have the new item sent to me and QVC gives me a certain amount of time to return the old item or I will be charged. I would never wait for them to receive my item and then send a replacement.

This is one of my pet peeves as well.  I'm very careful before I order.  Q has been doing this for as long as I remember.

@Goldengate8361

I did 3 even changes this past month and got every item!!

I usually always call CS as @DJs mom said...but

I didn't even bother to call this time, cuz I really didn't care if I got the exchanged item or not.

Filled out the form, used their return label, sent it back....and it worked!  Got my new sizes no problem.

IF you make another purchase, you may not get the same price....if the item was on sale, free ship etc.

Sending back the originals for an even exchange got me NO return label fee.  You would lose that PLUS your original shipping if you just order it again or something else.

I only order what I really want and will be glad to do a free even exchange for it.  I am not losing $10 just to try something.

That's why I quit buying anything from QVC.
