Question about JBU Jambu Shoes

Hi, all!  Looks like tomorrow's TS on HSN is a JBU by Jambu sandal.  I typically by wides in shoes to accommodate bunions on both feet and prefer wides that tend more to D width rather than C.  For example, I find Life Stride wides too narrow but can generally wear regulars on European lasts (L'Artiste, Miz Mooz).

My question is how do you find sizing on JBU by Jambu and Jambu brands in general.  Do the run true to size and how has the width worked for you?

@MJDinVegas.  Yo7 could read old reviews on other styles.  I'd look for a textile upper in a knit or fabric with some "give" to it.

Re: Question about JBU Jambu Shoes

Thanks for the heads up about Jambu!  It is one of my favorite brands of shoes.  In sandals I wear a 7 1/2M.  In closed shoes an 8M.  I find Jambu to be roomy, very supportive and comfortable.  So I guess if you usually wear a wide, that is what I would order in Jambu.

Good luck!

I have been wearing Jambu for years. They used to be called a different name. To me Jambu runny true to size in all the shoes. I have never had to size up or down. They are known for a little wider toe box, so they are nice and roomy. I jave about six pair right now.  I usually replace them with same style, lol. They seem to get more comfy as they warm up.  I get the Mary Jane styles. They never wear out. They are vegan mainly, no leather, but the material is pliable, not stiffIMG_2138.jpegIMG_2137.jpeg

Re: Question about JBU Jambu Shoes

I did notice when I went to get photo of my shoe on Amazon I bought top pair last summer for 49.00.  They are now 80.00.  Omg, that's steep

Re: Question about JBU Jambu Shoes

I wear their wide shoes and find they run true to size, at least for me.

@shoekitty.  Almost all shoes are made in China.  Expect sticker shock everywhere.

@Kachina624   that is double sticker shock. I notice HSN has same prices as Amazon, but they have a shoe on clearance for 29.00 I want so badly, but only comes in wide in my size in color I wanted. Someone will get a great buy and shoe. Luckily, Jambu shoes are about the only wardrobe item I wear that isn't made in the US.

Thanks to everyone for your replies.  Looks to me like, based on the price cut, this shoe below will be the TS although it's not labeled that way yet.  I like the look of the sandal but am concerned my little toes might sneak out between the straps.  I'll need to see the sandal on the foot before I order.

Re: Question about JBU Jambu Shoes

I have 2 pair of JBU by Jambu shoes.  One is a heeled clog style like the sandal above, but closed.  The other is the other flat style shown above.  The flat one fits true to size, but the heeled clog is too short.  They're both a 7.5 M.  Side by side you can tell the clog is shorter.
