Geez Louise! I had orders delivered before my Liz dress was even shipped. I called and was blown off, then I go to live chat, the usual "I'm so sorry, I'll check and ask for a search." That's fine, I'd appreciate it. NOW I go to my account and see the item was back ordered. I ordered while being presented, not sold out in the color and yet I'm never notified they messed up. Geez Liz NOT good. I canceled the item. My first Liz item and this happens. I wonder how many times this happens with the company.

That's weird. Sorry that happened to you.

Sorry you've had to experience this..It's irritating to say the least. I have had a number of items that went on backorder. Even when I ordered a TSV at 2 minutes after midnight and it was being sold in my color the entire next day, then on backorder? Eventually I got most of them, sometimes after as much as 3 weeks. I even called the company that made one of the boots, and they blamed it on QVC and QVC blamed it on them. In a nutshell, apparently sometimes someone can't count inventory before they put something on sale...{#emotions_dlg.confused1}
