First Linea purchase -- help

I am about to buy my first Linea item, the short-sleeved baby cheetah sweater, and could use some help with sizing. I would be an XS in Motto most of the time, and I'm wondering about Linea sizing. Should I go down a size? For those of you who have received this sweater, is the fit particularly generous?

Also wanted to say that I decided to take the plunge after hearing so many great reviews from you ladies. I have a three-quarter sleeved leopard print cotton sweater that I'm wanting to wear at least once a week right now, so I think this item would be a good investment for me and something that would get a lot of wear.
