My favorite inspiration outfits this week from online browsing/shopping and from some of my favorite fashion bloggers. I couldn't (or wouldn't) necessarily wear any of these, but I like the way they've been styled or some particular component of the outfit. I might put an accessory on my shopping list. Maybe the outfit inspires me to put together something similar from my wardrobe or to try different color combinations. Sometimes, I just love the whole look. Thought I'd share and hope you enjoy...

As always, thank you so much for your comments on these threads. I read them all and especially enjoy reading why you like an outfit or why you don't and how you might tweak an outfit, or what individual pieces you like.

@amyb   I couldn't find the jeans from last week.  I'm a jeans girl, too, and thought those were great.  I don't mind trying to find something, so don't worry, just know that I might be a week late and a dollar short😆.

#1  Milan Fashion Week street style.  Only the top part of these outfits look good.  The women on each end are wearing boy shorts (underwear for all intents and purposes!) and the gorgeous sweater in the middle is actually a dress (I loved it when I thought it was a sweater).

#2 Extra petite lady...she looks tall...she's beautiful.

#3 Favorite...love the longer jacket.

#4

#5   Great outfit, but winner of Most Ridiculous Pose Award...I wouldn't be able to straighten my back for a week after lounging on that bumpy brick😨.

#6

#7 Canadian thrifter

#8

#9 Go bold or go home...Sezané Paris...love!

#10   Carla Rockamore rocking her new wrap dress

#11

#12 You've heard that dogs and their owners often resemble each other in appearance? It works for fashion too! 😂😂😂 (Couldn't resist.)

#13 Gap cardigan...second favorite

#14 Beautiful shade of olive

#15

#16 This jacket! When you can't decide between fur or leather😁. I actually kept this pic for the cute hair cut, but putting here because this jacket!!

#17

I hope everyone has a wonderful, safe, stylish week! ❤️

Re: Fashion Favorites 3/9/25...

On #1, I love the coat on model #1 and her gray turtleneck but I am not a fan of Sherpa except for a cover when it's cold. Like you, I would have loved the middle lady's wear if it were a sweater, but when you said it was a dress, I don't and boy shorts... when there is nothing else to wear, just pull out your husband's or boyfriend's underwear (I guess).

#2. I love that jacket and once upon a time I had one that looked just like it (from Bloomingdale) and a real silk skirt of mixed colors of greens and coppers that I wore with it (back when we could afford wool and silk). The lady wearing that jacket and carrying that (what appears to be a Women's Iconic Luxury bag) is beautiful in this. She might not even be tall. Nonetheless, she wears it well.

#3. Really lovely and the shoes with that sweater/jacket is a great touch to the otherwise pristine white but it wouldn't be the same without the strands of necklace.

#4. That looks like something I might wear with it closed to hide my belly. Good looking.

#5. I agree. Great looking outfit but hope this model posing in this manner for a picture which probably took many shots to get right is able to walk.

#6. That's a good clean look. Always like white and the handbag and sweater seem to make it pop.

#7. A good, clean look except she should have ironed her shirt. Shoes are okay but I am not crazy about them with the red/white/blue.

#8. Cute model but I am not a fan of the blouse and don't like 'puffer' anything.

#9. I love that but on the right person. It's definitely not my color but I bet a redhead could make it look 100% better.

#10. That's a good look for Carla. Some of her looks are just “out of this world.”

#11. I really like that look. Love, love it.

#12. I can't decide if I would like it had I not seen her trying to look like her dog or if I just don't like it.

#13. That definitely is a look for you, MacDuff. You would look super in that with white denims.

#14. Just not a fan of that color but she looks good in it because she is so pretty.

#15. I like her pants, her bag and shoes, but I don't like the top with it. I don't like the top period.

#16. Well, I like the jacket, the hair and the great handbag. It looks like a handbag my very rich aunt carried in the 1960s and it always smelled of leather and chewing gum.

#17. I like the whole look.

Thank you again, MacDuff. You did a great job, as always, of showcasing some very beautiful ladies and their attire for the week. Once again, I looked forward to seeing them.

Re: Fashion Favorites 3/9/25...

Hello, @MacDuFF   My favorites this week are:

#2-Love the way the bottom of the sweater is cut into an inverted "V". It looks good with the boot cut pants, and I think it's very flattering on the model.

#3-This whole outfit is so classy! Putting the tweed jacket over the white sweater and white pants is a fresh look for spring and summer.
#4-The quintessential summer outfit including the straw handbag (love). I don't like the shoes, though.
#7-Such an "Americana" outfit without screaming Americana. I want that red cardigan sweater. Have a great day! ☀️💐

My favorite is #6 followed by #3 but I'd lose the cuff on the pants, #4 (Sweater, only) and #5.

Re: Fashion Favorites 3/9/25...

@MacDuFF Just wanted to chime on #13 cardigan, I own that!   I bought mine at Chico's online.  I love it!  It goes nicely with jeans of any shade and it's warm but not heavy at the same time.  I've gotten lots of compliments on it and wear it often.

Also I've been to Milan during fashion week, on vacation though not modeling or anything, LOL!   But I have to say it's quite an interesting place, saw some bizarre outfits!

Great choices this week.  Except for #8, #9, and #16 I will take one of each.

Re: Fashion Favorites 3/9/25...

@MacDuFF some lovely outfits today, thank you!!

My favorite is the pale yellow (?) sweater in #6, so elegant yet comfortable looking.

I also like the polished, classic professional look of #2, black pants, bag, shoes and gray blazer.

I like but would have nowhere to wear the lovely dress in #12. The dog is just beautiful. Heart
