Albeit long, I thought Kara Young's acceptance speech was beautiful. I loved this touching moment as Wendell Pierce  presented her award.

Brooke Shields wore yellow Crocs with her yellow dress, she just had surgery on toes on both feet a couple of days before the awards.

That Ariana deBose dress is one of the most stunning gowns I've ever seen. It's Oscar de la Renta and it's flawless.

I actually watched the Tonys and while I am not a big fan of Angelina Jolie, her dress looked beautiful on TV.

As an aside, my son has worked extensively on Broadway with both Bebe Neuwirth and Brooke Shields and says they are kind, lovely and gracious. Same for Edie Falco. she is genuinely kind.

I love the simplicity of this gown, but if I didn't see her name posted, I would not have known that this was Rachel - I've always liked her, but she looks "different" to me...

Is it the darker hair, or her thinner face? - I think she looks better (younger) with a fuller face, but that's just me - I also love her smile, but she looks "strained" in that shot.

ETA: I agree that most of the ladies look elegant and classy, which is sooo refreshing these days.

That's not true. When Angelina & Brad showed up together at Academy Awards they were the best looking couple for years. She looked great and so did Brad.

I like the color of this dress and she looks, better than some of the others posted here.
