It's extremely easy to "skip" each month by making one click on he computer. I don't think of this as a scam. You just need to set a reminder to opt out if you do not want to be charged. I personally think the clothes are gorgeous, tons of options and the quality is amazing. The clothing is literally a fraction of the prices of other high end yoga wear places such as Lululem----. For those who are into work out type clothes and don't want to spend $100 on yoga pants, I would say give it a try.
I have to agree with you on this (no offense to the OP). The first time I looked at the site, I clicked around, and could see it was a subscription service. I felt it was clearly stated, but I can see if someone first took the quiz or clicked on the "new member exclusive offer" before looking around the site, they may not have realized it was a subscription service. Still, it is stated at least two times from what I saw during the checkout phase that it's a membership/subscription, before you complete your order. It was very clearly stated in the right column of each page during checkout, and it was in the same size font (not fine print).

A great source for athletic wear is the C-9 by Champion, sold only through Target. I buy all my workout/jogging bras from that line. I like the reversible poly/spandex type that comes in many cool color combos and sells for $16.99 (sometimes on sale for less). You can get them at the stores or at their website. They are smooth (no pilling), don't ride up, and are so comfortable on my highly sensitive chest area.

My thinking is if the product is any good, it will end up on one of the shopping channels, where we clearly have the choice of auto delivery or not.

Based on the TV commercial I could tell it was one of those automatic ship every month clubs so I was not interested.
