Effortless Style material.....

Could someone please help me and tell me what this material is like? Is it anything like the old CITIKnits or is it like the very old double knit type of material from the 70's. I saw some cute tops but I sure wish I knew how this material feels before I order them. I loved Citiknits and sure do miss it.
