Call your local post office and explain the situation. My guess is the delivery person is at fault.

I am calling in the morning. Luckily we don't live in a big city and when I call I usually get someone I know. It does not make any sense that two would track as one. Very anxious for it to work out. Seller has been wonderful. One message after another to help me out.
