I'm a big Ann Taylor shopper and I bought a couple of cardigans and a white t-shirt recently. Wore the white top and both sweaters for the first time while on a recent trip to Vegas. I was surprised to find dye bleeding from what I'm guessing are my jeans on the white tee and on one of the sweaters which is a very pale pink. Wasn't wearing new jeans with either item - in fact the jeans I was wearing with the pink sweater are at least five years old and very faded.
THe white tee cleaned up OK but the sweater has not so I will be returning it this weekend. I have not had anything happen like this before with AT stuff. Usually I get dye bleeding from washing things together but not wearing new stuff. Both items are a different fabric content and I had washed the sweater prior to wearing it but not the tee. THought is was weird to have this happen twice with recent purchases.
Anyone else had this problem?
